I’ve had the good fortune to grow up in beautiful Bucks County, which I have called home now for over fifty years. After graduating from William Tennent High School in Warminster, I obtained a degree in Political Science from LaSalle University and went on to law school at Villanova University, where I earned my J.D. in 1983. I married my college and law school sweetheart, Maureen Dugan, and we moved to Doylestown to begin our law careers and our life together.

Since my first position in the Bucks County District Attorney’s office, to my current role as a sole practitioner in the heart of the Borough, I have lived and worked in Doylestown. Together, Maureen and I have raised three children: Brian and Allison (Kelly), age 29, and Scott, age 24, who continue to make us proud every single day. We are also the doting grandparents of little Quinn Charlotte, born this past May.

Bucks County has been the backdrop of my life: I love this community and have worked hard to give of my time and talents to make it an even better place to live. I would be honored to serve as a Judge in this great county.
